Welcome to 22nd edition of the Gent Rugby International Easter Tournament (XV)
When?
The senior tournament will take place on 3 and 4 April 2010.
The youth (U17-U19) tournament will take place on Saturday 3 (U19) and Sunday 4 (U17) April 2010.
Who?
Last year we received teams from Great Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Holland,... and this for both men and women.
Where?
The event will take place on four pitches on the beautiful Blaarmeersen – our local sports and leisure park with dressing rooms by the lake – only a stone’s throw from the bustling centre of Ghent.
Programme:
Friday there will be an opening ceremony starting at 20h followed by a party.
Saturday the games for youth, ladies and gents begin at 10h00 and end at 18h00. The teams apply to the secretary at 09h30 or the day before.
Saturday evening we’ll have a party in the main tent in total atmosphere of this year’s theme.
On Sunday games for ladies and gents start at 10h30 and end at 16h00. In the evening we will be accommodating anyone who doesn’t want to go home yet.
During the whole weekend several drinks, snacks, cold and warm dishes will be served.
